01 SERVICE

PatchSignal provides tools that help game developers collect, organize, analyze, classify, cluster, and compare player feedback from Discord channels selected by authorized server administrators.

PatchSignal may provide features including feedback analysis, issue detection, sentiment analysis, duplicate detection, game-build comparisons, automated reports, and related development intelligence.

02 ELIGIBILITY

You must comply with Discord’s Terms of Service and applicable laws when using PatchSignal. You must have authority to install or configure PatchSignal in any Discord server in which you use administrative features.

03 SERVER CONFIGURATION

PatchSignal only analyzes channels that an authorized server administrator configures for monitoring.

Server administrators are responsible for determining which channels PatchSignal may access and for informing their community as appropriate.

04 ACCEPTABLE USE

You may not use PatchSignal to violate applicable law, abuse Discord services, infringe intellectual property rights, distribute malicious content, interfere with the operation of PatchSignal, attempt unauthorized access to PatchSignal systems, or use the service for surveillance or purposes unrelated to its intended functionality.

05 AI-GENERATED ANALYSIS

PatchSignal uses automated systems and artificial intelligence to classify and summarize player feedback.

AI-generated classifications, summaries, severity ratings, sentiment results, duplicate detection, and recommendations may contain errors.

PatchSignal is intended to assist developers, not replace human judgment. Users remain responsible for development, moderation, business, safety, and publishing decisions.

06 AVAILABILITY

We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue features when necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, product development, or other operational reasons.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

07 PAID FEATURES

PatchSignal may offer paid subscriptions or premium features through Discord.

Pricing, billing, subscription management, refunds, and payment processing may be subject to Discord’s applicable terms and policies.

Features and usage limits associated with subscription tiers may change over time.

08 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

PatchSignal, its software, branding, design, and original materials are owned by Black Latch Studios LLC or its licensors.

Users retain ownership of their own content.

09 THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

PatchSignal may rely on third-party infrastructure and services including Discord, OpenAI, Supabase, hosting providers, and other technical vendors.

Use or availability of those services may affect PatchSignal functionality.

10 DISCLAIMER

PatchSignal is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee that automated analysis will be complete, accurate, or suitable for every development decision.

11 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Black Latch Studios LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from use of or inability to use PatchSignal.

12 TERMINATION

We may restrict or terminate access to PatchSignal for abuse, violations of these Terms, security threats, legal requirements, or misuse of the service.

Users may stop using PatchSignal at any time by removing the application from their Discord server.

13 CHANGES

These Terms may be updated as PatchSignal evolves. The “Last Updated” date will identify the latest revision.
